What is Boba?
Boba, is also known as black pearls or tapioca balls, is derived from the starch of the cassava root. When cooked   perfectly, the Boba becomes a sweet chewy ball with a gummy-bear like texture about 1/4 of an inch in diameter.
Boba can be added to any drink: milk tea, smoothies, slush, juice and coffee. Boba tea, or more commonly known as Bubble Tea, is usually a sweetened ice tea with a layer of dark round tapioca balls at the bottom.
The texture, taste and chewy of Boba sensation makes you want more!
What is bubble tea?
The standard industry procedure or recipe is simple. The fruit flavored powder is placed in a blender. A small amount of water, some sugar and crushed ice are then added and blended together. The mixture is then   poured in a plastic, usually transparent glass which contains the Tapioca Pearls. A fat straw is needed to drink and to allow the flow of Tapioca Pearls out the cups.
Ever since it debuted in Taiwan in 1985, bubble tea has captured a rapt audience everywhere it goes. Bubble tea refers to the genre of frothy and refreshing concoctions, usually of tea and a myriad combination of other flavors, served with or without milk or cream, with or without tapioca pearls.
Because tapioca pearls seem to be the common denominator among all these various beverages, the term   "bubble" in "bubble tea" has now come to refer to the tapioca pearls.
Also known as BOBA TEA, TAPIOCA TEA, PEARL MILK TEA, QQ DRINKS, BUBBLE TEA.
